Feature :
Our non-oxide ceramics, Si3N4, balls with high strength realize excellent grinding efficiency compared to alumina and zirconia balls. They are suitable for coarse grinding of high-strength non-oxide ceramics, fine grinding of high-strength non-oxide ceramics, glass frit fine grinding in the semiconductor field, fine grinding of additives, and etc. Additionally, they perform well under mild grinding conditions and allow for dispersion. They also have superior wear resistance as grinding balls themselves compared to alumina and zirconia balls. They are also useful for contamination-conscious grinding.
