After procuring and grinding silicon nitride powder, we perform the entire process from granulation to Cold Isostatic Pressing (CIP). We provide the raw material with CIP to processing manufacturers who utilize it for their machining needs. The items processed by these manufacturers are then sintered by us. We can offer both as-sintered products and surface-treated products.
The raw material with CIP can be semi-sintered along with a customer's request.
Regarding sintering and surface treatment, there may be cases where we cannot accept certain shapes after processing. We kindly request that you consult with us on a case-by-case basis.
